Day 1: Siem Reap - Kbal Spean – Bantey Srey - Siem Reap

7:00 AM - Departure for excursion at Kbal Spean / Phnom Koulen or The River of the Thousand Lingas a the River of the Thousand Lingas in the second sacred site in the Koulen Mountains and was "discovered "in 1968 by Jean Boulbet, a French researcher from the Ecole Francaise d'Extreme-Orient. Bas-reliefs depict scenes from the Brahman pantheon such as Vishnu lying, his head sheltered by a Naga (a snake with multiple heads) or Brahma born out of a lotus. According to inscriptions found there, the site was decorated from 1054 onwards.
