General Conditions.
1. Rate basis:
• The rates are in US Dollar unless otherwise stated.
• The rates are NET RATES – NON COMMISSIONABLE and inclusive of government taxes and service charge
• Accommodation is based on twin sharing with FULL BOARD MEALS.
• The rates in column 1 (1 pax) are based in single room accommodation.
• The rates include all transfers in private, air-conditioned vehicles.
• The rates include private English, French, Japanese or Thai speaking station guide.
• The rates include boat fees as scheduled in the programme.
• Picnic lunch is included in certain programmes where regular restaurant is not available, as mentioned in the programme.
• For a group of 15 paying pax, 1 Tour Leader will be F.O.C. on sharing twin room basis.
• Not included are:
  • Visa fee
  • Air tickets (both international and domestic)
  • Airport taxes
  • Drinks and Personal expenses
2. Child Policy:

• Infant: charge 10 % of package cost.
• Child under 12 years old sharing room with two adults without extra bed: charge 70 % of package cost
• Child under 12 years old sharing room with two adults with extra bed: charge 80 % of package cost
• Child under 12 years old and 1 other child sharing room with two adults without extra bed: charge 50 % of package cost.
• Child under 12 years old and 1 other child sharing room with two adults with extra bed: charge 70 %of package cost
• Child under 12 years old sharing room with one adult: charge 90 % of package cost.
